Help to stop masturbation

it all start when i was 16 year,when i watch porn for the first time then i dont hav a girlfriend to hav sex with ,i went into the bathroom and start masturbating my self .and after that frist day that
watching porn.i do masturbation like 15 or 13 times a day.
I watch porn film 20 or 15 films a day each one i watch i do masturbution and i dont hav a girlfriend because i enjoy masturbation and girls make no meaning anything to me.
The problem now is that i dont know how to stop masturbation.
And i want to change my life , i want you to tell me what to do to stop masturbation and how to stop watching porn movies and the paryer that i will pary to stop it.

Obvious troll is obvious. The guy spammed another guy's thread, and somehow asking for "the prayer that will remove it" seems very naïve. Finally, he keeps misspelling "pray". And while his name contains "China", his profile says Nigeria. Not like all this is proof, but it seriously raises warning flags for me as someone who's frequented forums with people who enjoy trolling. I recognize the patterns.

What you need to do is:
-Get rid of all your porn
-Get rid of everything that causes temptation
-Make sure you can't access it on your computer: Get filters (check SafeEyes) for your computer
-Get an accountability partner. Talk to a friend or someone at your church (do you have a church where you live?), or, if there's no other way, someone online about that you want to quit and make him check on you.
-Confess your sins to God, and then to a friend or family member who can support you
When you do all this (which is the least you should do) you'll probably notice that it will be getting better. Make sure you push yourself to your limits in trying to stop. Also pray a lot. Only God can truly help you.
