When you feel tempted, pray. Don't worry about what to pray, just be honest, like "I can't handle this, it's too much... God, you're going to have to fight this for me because I'm too weak. It's stronger than me."
God encourages us to pray. And there's nothing like letting God fight for you instead of trying to fight it ourselves in the flesh. How can flesh conquer the flesh?
It's hard to pray sometimes. The Enemy will try to get us to think about anything else but prayer in those times of temptation.
One thing you could do is sit silent, with your eyes closed, and focus your mind on God, and ask Him to show you what He sees when He looks at you, and DO NOT condemn yourself, or allow the devil to condemn you, because if you are in Christ, then you are a NEW creation, and ALL old things have passed away, and EVERYTHING is made new! Not only that, but remember that the devil is the ACCUSER of God's Believers, and all he wants to do is remind you of what you have done wrong, which in turn will cause you to hate yourself, which in turn will keep you from loving others as Jesus loves you. ALL the devil wants to do is shut down the love of God, and the ONLY way he can do that is to convince you that you're not worthy to be loved, which is a HUGE lie.
the only reason most of us continue to look at porn even though we learned so much about it through this site is because even as scripture says it SATAN IS THE FATHER OF LIES. and we have been lied to for so many YEARS and are just now finding the truth.thats why i believe we continue to look but i will be praying THE TRUTH SETS US FREE
